We will have a ‘poster preview’ session and a poster session in the afternoon of
Monday 28.
In the preview session the principal author is to give a brief outline of his/her poster,
focusing on the background and aim of the work, in 3 minutes, with slides up to 3
pages. The slides are to be provided in the form of Microsoft PowerPoint file,
preferably for Windows, and are to be given, using a USB memory or similar
medium, to the staff well before the preview session. To save time, use of the
author's PC is not accepted.
The poster panel is 90 cm wide and 210 cm tall, which is suitable for a poster of
A0-size (84 cm x 119 cm). The panels will be ready by the lunchtime of Monday 28
and will be available throughout the symposium.
